EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE EXTENSION - 31st January 2018
Please note that the early registration deadline has been extended to the 31st of January 2018.

Delegates are encouraged to register early to take advantage of the reduced registration fees. There will be no further extensions to the early registration deadline.

REGISTRATION FEES
The early registration deadline is the 31st January 2018. The early registration fees are as follows:

Delegate Registration - R8 500.00
Low and Lower-middle Income Country Delegate Registration - R6 000.00
Student Delegate Registration - R4 000.00
Day Delegate Registration - R5 000.00 per day of your choice
Accompanying Person Registration - R1 800.00

Delegate registration includes access into all the scientific programme sessions including Conference symposia, attendance to the Welcome Reception on Monday, 9 April 2018, entrance to the exhibition area and poster displays, all relevant Conference material, tea and coffee breaks and lunch daily. Day registration includes all the above only for the day/s you select to attend.
Delegate registration excludes special catering requirements and any items not mentioned above.

REGISTRATION PAYMENT
Registration fees are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and include 14% VAT and should be paid according to the procedure described during the registration process. Major credit cards or bank transfers are accepted.

For international wire transfer payments please tick the box to include additional charges when completing the registration form. Short payment of registration fees will be for your own account.
The final date for bank transfers is the 2nd April 2018.
